Registration / Admission

In its Admission policy, SGNPS gives priority to needy section without discriminating them on sex, religion or Nationality.

Admissions generally start in the month of April.

Registration of name in any class does not guarantee admission. It depends upon the entrance test results and the number of vacancies in the respective class.

Registration closes fifteen days prior to the date of entrance test.

FEE

Two months fee will be charged in advance for the following months due to vacations and final examinations in the school.

  • May-June : To be deposited in May
  • Dec-Jan : To be deposited in December
  • Feb-Mar : To be deposited in February

Fee will be paid in advance by 10th of every month. After the due date, fine will be charged.

A written notice of withdrawal should be given one month in advance. If not, month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

VACATION

Winter Vacations Summer Vacations
The school will normally close by third week of December and reopen by middle of January. The school closes by third week of May and reopens by first week of July. Circulars will be issued for exact opening and closing of the school.
